The 21 quality checks
Every article goes through 21 plain rules before your WordPress sees it. Hard checks stop it; soft checks lower its score.
The 21 checks
What we check before an article goes live
We don't have one AI grade another. The checks are plain rules that measure the text, so you always know why an article passed or got held back. Fail a critical one and it doesn't go out. The rest just lower the score.
* Hard once we know at least 5 pages on your site.
What happens when an article fails
We send exactly the failed checks back to the writer and rewrite the article, up to twice. If it still doesn't pass, it stays in the dashboard with the list of problems, so you decide: fix it, ask for a new version or reject it.
Soft checks don't stop an article. They take points off its 100, so you can see at a glance which articles need a bit more work.
Why rules, not an “AI score”
A model judging another model gives a different answer every time and can't tell you exactly what's wrong. A rule like “the description is 120–160 characters and contains the keyword” is either true or false. That keeps the checks consistent, fast and explainable in one line.
The rules adapt to the language: keywords are matched in every grammatical form, with or without accents, and the sentence-length limit is different for Greek, English or Finnish.
